Advance Base is the latest educational institutions and comes with a space shuttle landing field and serves as a gateway to the E.D.N. III for NEVEC and its new recruits. The main purpose behind Advance Base is the research and development of advanced technology. This technology will be used for resources for the next generation of NEVEC settlements.
