Makos Velkor was a Kel Dor admiral in the Dark Empire before becoming the Military Executor, the commander-in-chief of the Imperial armed forces. Prior to that, he briefly held the rank of Grand Admiral. Described as being a tactical genius, he was appointed to the command of the military by Emperor Johan Fel himself after successfully conquering most of the Outer Rim Territories for the Empire within the first several months of the Triumvirate Civil War in 251 ABY.
