Blue Plunder is a planet a thousand light years away from Third Earth. The planet is fueled by a common rock found by the billions under the seas of Third Earth. They sent a cold hearted salvage expert named Scrape to Third Earth to pull the great oceanic plug to drain the oceans and harvest the rock. The people themselves appear mostly human with blue skin.
