Al Gama'a al-Islamiyya, roughly translating to Islamic Group, was a radical Islamist terror organization. The Sweetzer Avenue three were known to have contacted al Gama'a al-Islamiyya through Skype from an Internet cafe, bringing them to the attention of CTU Los Angeles.
