Captain Roekard is one of the most famous Roaragas to ever command a spacecraft. He is aged 89 and still plans to command a craft for another 30 years. He has also discovered one of two Bridge Stars connecting the Roargana Cluster to the rest of the Galaxy Arm, The other Star Bridge was discovered by Captain Tulikus.
