Guild Wars Prophecies (a.k.a. "Campaign One" or "Chapter One" or even just GuildWars) is a term used to distinguish the original release version of Guild Wars (released April 2005) from later campaigns like Guild Wars Factions and Guild Wars Nightfall. The title was chosen because the story of Campaign One loosely revolves around the Flameseeker Prophecies taking place on the continent of Tyria.
