Elizabeth Mackay (c.1847 – 1 February 1897) born Elizabeth Ormiston was a New Zealand homemaker. She was born in Sutherland, Scotland in about 1847 and arrived in New Zealand with her husband in 1865. She was the mother of the poet Jessie Mackay.
