Confederate Heavy Missile destroyers were aquatic anti-air repulsorcraft used to patrol waterways around Confederate installations. Upgraded versions of the Confederate Missile destroyers, these craft were very effective at destroying enemy aircraft such as the LAAT, however lacking any ground based defensive weaponry, these craft would require escort from Confederate Scouts. The Missile Destroyer was later succeeded by the Heavy Missile Destroyer.
