Kōzō Shioya (born August 18, 1955) is a veteran voice actor born in Kagoshima Prefecture. He is currently represented by Aoni Production. His younger brother is voice actor Yoku Shioya. He did the voice of Noonsa in Slayers. He is also well known as the voice of Ghurd and Majin Boo in Dragon Ball Z, Genzo in One Piece, Mondo Agake in Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ, the Oni in Ranma 1/2, and Jigumo in Naruto.
