Hunter Maas was a male Human space pirate who, in 2 ABY, stole the map to the hyperspace nullifier superweapon designed by the extinct K'kybak from the Imperial astrocartographer Essio Galassian. Maas tried to sell the map to the highest bidder during a conclave of Rebel sympathizers on the planet Kiamurr, but he was killed by the bounty hunter Baasen Ray.
