The Royal Gymnasium are training grounds in Might and Magic VI: The Mandate of Heaven. They are located in Ironfist. The Earl of Grey can be found here. Once the party members have gained enough experience to reach the next level, they must travel to the earl or another instructor and pay a small fee. The Earl of Grey will train party members up to level 200.
