Herb Trimble is a former NASCAR driver from Middletown, OH. He competed in two Nextel Cup Series events in his career, earning one top-ten. Both of those came in 1951, when Trimble debuted at Darlington. Starting 66th in the massive eighty-two car field, Thimble only completed half of the race and finished 68th. Thimble was able to redeem himself later in the year at Dayton. He wound up finishing the event with a career-best 9th place effort.
