Rechel's Ring of Larceny is a legendary ring in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop. This ring is most useful to Witch Doctors, who have potent Fear skills in their arsenal. For other classes, it offers a chance to Fear on hit, which is normally not allowed on a ring. The only other ring that can do it is the Pandemonium Loop. The practical use of the speed increase is mostly for a safer retreat.
