The Marrenn Proposal was a bill signed by Kristonion and Slaybackia on March 14th, 2007. This bill was made up by the President of Kristonion in order to organize the borders between the two nations. Slaybackia had declared on the 13th that they moved their capital to Washington D.C. and Kristonion began by saying that they controlled the city. This led to further disputed areas, such as Philadelphia and Baltimore.
