Timmy H. was one of the many followers of Frank Fontaine. Not much is known about him, other than that he was captured, interrogated and killed by Sullivan, who at the time was working for Andrew Ryan. Timmy H. can be heard in the audio diary Timmy H. Interrogation, and he is also mentioned in the audio diary Picked Up Timmy H.. Timmy's body can be found in the room in which he was killed by Sullivan; he was electrocuted using a large battery connected to cables while water poured over his body.
