The UESPA Mann (D230) was a starship launched under the auspices of the United Earth Space Probe Agency. It was the lead vessel of a class of cruisers. In 2156, the Mann — along with her sister ships Zukovski (D237) Dunlap (D241) and the rest of the Fifth Earth Fleet — was supposedly lost at Gamma Hydra II.
