the N-Jammers are devices that basically stop atoms from causing a chain-reaction. For example a nuclear bomb would just fall to the ground without exploding. Also N-Jammer Cancellers negate the jammers effects so mobile suits that run these can run off of nuclear energy without the need of periodic recharging and if equipped to nukes they'll blow.
