Birth of BIO HAZARD(バース・オブ・バイオハザード) is a documentary describing the production of Resident Evil. It was released as a promotional VHS tape. It included an interview with people such as Shinji Mikami and Jun Takeuchi, as well as narrated overviews of the cast.
