Feeder Zombie's first appearance is the Story level Siberia, as one of the zombies roaming the research center. There, they are one of the primary enemies encountered after the finding of the Biohazard Container. They are the zombified off-duty soldiers and lab workers of the Oblask Dam. He also appears in Arcade League challenges Casualty and Burns Department, as well as the Challenges Day of the Dammed, Monkey Business and Hit Me Baby One Morgue Time. He appears in three Bot Sets (Freaks, Hangar and The Living Dead).
