This feature has been removed from the game. Spying was a category of skills. It included concealment, breaking and entering, trap disarmament, and perception and spotting. The 18.7 patch removed the spying category. It moved breaking and entering into the trade & repair category, and placed perception, concealment, and trap disarmament into a new combat & healing category.
