North America was one of the worst hit continents during Doomsday, mainly due to the presence of the United States of America. As such, it is severely depopulated in many regions and the nations here are mostly rump states formed from former countries or country subdivisions. Since much of the interior is lawless, North America can be divided into several political regions.
