Russell does his best to keep everything safe and orderly at Littlest Pet Shop. Sometimes this has led to his spoiling the fun of the other pets. His attempts at organization have on occasion only served to increase confusion or exacerbate a problem. A running gag with Russell is him being mistaken for a porcupine.
