Kelly Gunther was a witness to Kay Cappuccio leaving Francisco’s dressing room right around the time of his death. Kelly told Beckett, Castle and Esposito that she happens to be backstage after the dog show when she saw a woman wearing a hood and sunglasses and that it was Kay Cappuccio, and that her proof was that she got a video on her cell phone of her.
