A reclusive entrepreneur, Steve is recruited by Amanda Woodward as D&D's newest client and has Alison Parker drive up to his remote ranch in northern California to land a big account with him and his company, Microcomp. Alison becomes attracted to Steve when he arrives in Los Angeles to oversee D&D handling his business account, and Billy grows jealous of all the time Steve and Alison are spending together. Steve asks Jo Reynolds out on a date and the two continue dating although Alison is uncomfortable about seeing them together.
