Erin Von Halnor is a human Alliance emissary to Duskwood. He resides in the Scarlet Raven Inn. Brann Bronzebeard once encountered him, and discussed information about the region. Erin told him that the townspeople were so desperate to rid themselves of many of their woes that crime had relatively ceased in the town; the town had banded together behind the mayor and the Night Watch militia.
