In "The Caddy", Kramer introduces his new caddy to Jerry and George. Later in the episode, Kramer goes to court to sue Sue Ellen Mischke. Although Jackie Chiles believes the case is won, Stan convinces Kramer to get Sue Ellen to try on the bra that distracted Kramer and caused the car accident. However, she is unable to put it on, and the case is lost. Stan is not seen again, due to this bad call in the courtroom, Kramer presumably drops him as his caddy.
