Power Down is a one of a kind repeat item that appears in The Legend of Dragoon. It can be located within the Death Frontier, and is not purchasable. When used on a monster, it lowers its physical and magical attack powers and both defenses by a 1.5x multiplier for the duration of three turns. As all repeatable items, you can only use it once per battle, with it remaining within your inventory after battle. No monster is capable of using this item thoughout the game.
