Phlegmin was the kitchen boy who assisted Jabba the Hutt's chef Porcellus. J'Quille paid him to put slow-acting poison into the freckled frogs Jabba would eat. Phlegmim may have also been motivated to do this by the fact that Jabba had his brother fed to a rancor due to a dislike for a sauce. He used this information to anonymously blackmail J'Quille. He was killed by Dannik Jerriko. His mummified body was carried around by Gartogg.
