Lobotomies are against the law because the court says so. The reason is because it was cruel and unusual punishment. As a result, doctors don't do them anymore. Lobotomies are inhumane. Any doctor who suggests a lobotomy gets reported to the medical board and gets their license revoked. Then they go to jail and become Bubba's bride.
