George Ginzu (ジョージ・ギンズ Jōji Ginzu?) is a member of Delta Red. He is the team's computer expert and is able to hack and break into any enemy army's computer system and information databanks. He is also the team's mood maker, having an arbitrate role when members have a quarrel. Riding on his head is a small spy known as Oracle-kun (オラクルくん Orakuru-kun?). It's not known what exactly Oracle-kun is, some even rumoring that it might be an alien.
