Homelite is a USA-based manufacturer and marketer of outdoor power equipment, including chainsaws, power washers, lawn tractors, tillers, leaf blowers, trimmers, etc... It was founded in Port Chester, New York, USA by Charles H. Ferguson in 1921. Originally called Home Electric Lighting Company, it was later shortened to just Homelite.
