They are very rare and recluse beings which often spend entire nights watching the stars above the waves of the ocean and devouring all sorts of small sea creatures. They can also feed on flowers while on land, and are known to appreciate Earth zooplankton. They are most notable for their precognitive abilities which can be so precise as to allow them to calculate the trajectory of a bullet while it's being shot, making them extremely hard to capture.
