Color commentator in the manga. Parody of the late JWA and AJPW commentator Hiroshi Tazuhama (田鶴浜弘). In the anime, he is replaced by Kazuo Nakano. He has apparently died by the time of Kinnikuman Nisei and was replaced by Nakano.
