Utgard (also known as 'The Outyards') is a world that has only ever been mentioned by Loki and Freya on rare occasions. In English, Utgard can be translated to Outyards. Utgard is made up of of constantly transferring packets present throughout all of the World Wide Web at once. It is the birthplace of all 4 AI's and all of Testimonial Midgard 2 takes place in it. Utgard is split into 3 states. Folkvangr District, Jotunheimr District, and the Jesta Danorum District.
