In the final days of the Old Republic and the early years of the Galactic Civil War, Ebareebaveebeedee held the post. The Illustrious Chieftain of Junkyards divided his time between Metrobig City on Skor II and the Momship of the Squib Reclamation Fleet. The post of King of the Squib Polyanarchy may have been another name for the Illustrious Chieftain of Junkyards or an overlapping position.
