Whitemill is a little village at the southern edge of the Pushta. It is on the way to Gatehall from Adrilankha. Whitemill is hundreds of miles from the nearest port but only two leagues from the Adrilankha River. Whitemill is dependent on its local canals which are maintained and controlled by the Imperial Navy; meaning by Orca. The locals universally hate the navy and have developed an unusually tolerant attitude toward one another as a result of their shared animosity.
