McCall 1426; ca. 1948; Mothers! These gay little cross-stitch designs have been "thought up" specially to make that hit with children! Here's an elephant boy leading his elephants, a row of happy gingerbread kids, a train with caboose, an ambulating duck family! Work in easy cross-stitch, with crosses given in large and small siszes. Use the 10 to the inch crosses to embroider children's garments, 6 to the inch crosses suitable for trims on nursery curtains, etc. Use six-strand cotton, bright colors. Pictured in 1949 McCall Embroidery Catalog.
