Gillians (Menos Grande) are made of hundreds of Hollows interfeeding on each other to the point that they all just kinda merge together. From there, if one consciousness of the hundreds making up the Gillian can maintain its sense of self and become the dominant consciousness in the new Gillian body, it can evolve into Adjuchas and Vasto Lorde by continuing to feed on other Hollows.
