Bhavna Limbachia (born 21st April 1984 in Preston) has appeared on Coronation Street since February 2016 as Rana Habeeb, an old university friend of Alya Nazir. Prior to a career in acting, she worked on the other side of the camera in the costume department on film sets including Chicken Tikka Masala, Bradford Riots and All Day Breakfast, and set up her own business designing and selling vintage clothing and accessories in 2010. Her other credits include roles in Doctors, Casualty, Pramface, Mount Pleasant, Cuffs and Citizen Khan.
