Jerne was the Jerni homeworld, until their extinction. It was later home to Human colonists who exhausted its natural resources. During the Galactic Civil War, it was home to an Imperial base. Princess Leia Organa and Luke Skywalker once visited Jerne to search for an artifact called the Eternity Crystal. Jerne had two moons.
