Pyry Aisa is a Marine Commodore, and the head of the G-15 Marine base. She initially joined the marines out of a belief in justice, but assumed command of the base after discovering that much of the bases's staff was corrupt. Rather than risk leaving the local archipelago unprotected, she resorted to blackmail to keep order among the marines.
