A Fire Flower, also known as a Bakshevan Candle, is a type of pyrotechnic found in Arcadia. Once lit the glow-balls are propelled out of the top by the fire-flower powder, creating colourful alchemy. Kian creates one by adding first fire-flower powder then glow-balls to a waxed paper tubing. He then asks Bip to use it to distract a guard in Shady Quay.
