The Shape-shifting Time Breaker were a race of aliens that were presumably working for the Time breakers or the Freiza Remnant. One of their kind, Archie is fought as a boss in Paella's Museum, and was able to shapeshift into giant statues of Pilaf, Shu and Mai. It was unknown if it could also capable of summoning ghosts.? Another one was presumably fought as a boss in the Oil Field Pipe, where it took the form of a jiggler.
