Wallace Markham was a Manticoran citizen and an officer of the Royal Manticoran Navy. Holding the rank of Lieutenant (JG), he served as an Assistant Astrogator aboard the destroyer HMS Hawkwing during its anti-piracy mission in the Silesian Confederacy. (HHA5.3: LD)
