The Department of Offense is the place from which Donald Rumsfeld kicked so much ass. As he once famously said "The best defense is a taxpayer-funded offense." The DOO's leader is the Secretary of Defense. It brings liberty and peace to non-Christian countries so they can find Jesus and celebrate Christmas. The people of liberated countries are often so happy they start lighting fireworks before they know how and accidentally explode themselves.
