Dr. Quack is a character from the 2005 onward virtual pet website known as Webkinz. He is a doctor and just like Goober (Webkinz) and Booger, he is very smart and obviously graduated from college as Goober is a scientist and Booger is a mathematician. He also gives you tips on how to keep your Webkinz healthy and is very nice to his Webkinz patients!
