The Council; 1. Decides to reaffirm following articles of the OAM Charter, which are currently not being carried out: "§2.3.2: The admission of any micronation shall be subject to a vote by the Council. §7.11.1: The present Charter shall be ratified by the signatory states in accordance with their respective constitutional processes. §7.11.2: The ratifications shall be deposited with the Secretariat."
