Wagnor was an Angosian security official who served as an tranport pilot. In 2366, the transport piloted by Wagnor was sent by Prime Minister Nayrok to retrieve the ex-soldier, now prisoner, Roga Danar from the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D. After being transferred from the Enterprise, Wagnor and his co-pilot were overpowered by Danar. The commandeered transport was used to attack the penal colony on Lunar V and free the other imprisoned soldiers. (TNG: "The Hunted" ) Wagnor was played by Andrew Bicknell. His name comes from the end credits of the episode and the script.
