While access to the bunker is unrestricted, there are a few Quests that require PC's to enter the bunker. These include: * Special Delivery (Legacy Quest) * Digital Infection (Legacy Quest) * Shipping Out (Legacy Quest) * Faeto's Job (Bounty Hunter quest)
