Armored Robot Hunters, or RUNTs, are an assault team under the United States government, headed by Walter Barnett. RUNTs appear to have bested their predecessor organization, RAAT, in one significant way -- they recognize the Autobots as a separate, benevolent faction. They still seem to get blown up a lot anyway.
